Packaging Weight Reduction:
PLASTIKPACK is continually looking for new ways of reducing their packaging weight in order to satisfy the environmental norms.

The French plant has launched 2 new drums of capacity 20 liters during 2006.
With weight of 750 gr and 850 gr each, they have nonetheless kept (and even improved for the 750 gr) their UN Homologation characteristics for Dangerous Goods. Transportation in regard to the existing 800 and 900 gr.
  • HDPE 750gr 20 liters:
    Mechanical and Chemical UN Homologation up to Y1.9
  • Jerrycan PEHD 20 litres 850gr:
    Mechanical and Chemical UN Homologation up to Y1.9

 

J20 liters Drums

Homogenization of the range of HDPE drums from 2.5 to 30 liters:
The range of drums with neck DIN45 is extending and declines today under capacities 2.5l, 3l, 5 and 10 liters.


Furthermore, the drums from 10 to 30 liters are proposed with a same neck: DIN61. The conditioning of drums on these capacities can be made thus from now on, on one chain to gain time and immediate costs..

 

Child Resistant Features

Resistant Features
PLASTIKPACK finalized a screw cap, DIN61, with tamper evident, Child Resistant Feature and is thus completing its accessories line with Child Resistant Feature.

DIN 45, DIN51 et DIN61 Caps wth Child resistant features are today available.
